Chris and Kim Parker
Chris and Kim Parker are college sweethearts who began dating 33 years ago at Marshall University and have been married for 30 years. They are the proud parents of two wonderful adult children, a daughter who is 27 and a son who is 26, and they have faithfully followed Christ as disciples for over 28 years.
Before relocating to Atlanta, Chris and Kim were part of the mission team that planted a church in Wilmington, NC. Their shared heart for creativity led them to launch Route 1 Box 33A Productions, where they develop and produce original projects.
Kim is a professional, award-winning actress whose body of work includes appearances in Somebody’s Child, 30 Day Promise, and Swarm. A proud member of SAG-AFTRA, she serves on the New Member Engagement Committee, was recently elected as a Local Board Member of the Atlanta Chapter, and also serves as a Convention Delegate.
Chris enjoyed a standout football career, playing as a running back for the Jacksonville Jaguars for nearly three years. He remains Marshall University’s all-time leading rusher, is an inductee in the Marshall University Hall of Fame, and has been listed multiple times on the ballot for the College Football Hall of Fame. Off the field, Chris has built a successful career in Information Technology, where he has excelled for more than 20 years.
Mareno and Stacey Philyaw
Mareno and Stacey Philyaw have been joyfully married for over 9 years and are the proud parents of five sons and grandparents to three grandsons. They are both devoted disciples and active members of The Path Church, where they actively serve in the Gwinnett County area with the Christians in Action small group.
Together, Mareno and Stacey have more than 20 years of experience in education, each holding master’s degrees in the field. Stacey also earned a certificate in leadership and currently serves as an Assistant Principal at the elementary level, where she is deeply loved and respected by students, parents, and co-workers. Mareno is a dedicated teacher and high school football coach whose influence extends both on and off the field. He is also a former NFL player with the Atlanta Falcons.
Beyond their professional lives, Mareno and Stacey are the owners of Phyre Media, a company that reflects their creativity and entrepreneurial spirit. They are passionate football fans, enjoy traveling, and love spending time together relaxing at the beach.
