Gospel & Gains is a faith-based community centered on the belief that spiritual growth and physical health go hand in hand. We focus on strengthening both the body and the spirit by combining fitness, discipline, and biblical teaching. Through regular workouts, Scripture study, and open fellowship, we aim to improve our overall health while developing stronger hearts and minds rooted in the Word of God.  Join us on Thursday evenings for our group prayer time (option to call in if you're not able to make it in person) and Sunday evenings for our group bible discussion and worship service.
